Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable anti-spam laws, to upload unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to breach the security or tenant isolation of the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact the individuals whose data you upload.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, billing & taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. Prices are shown exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. Indonesian VAT / PPN) as indicated at checkout. Plan limits are enforced per organization; exceeding a limit may restrict new writes until you upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable retention window.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
